Robyn Spann

“The Dream Team” is how Robyn refers to her colleagues at Reveal, and like them, Robyn was born to be an accountant. With 16-years of experience, she loves the precision it demands, the problem-solving it requires, and that feeling she gets when everything lines up and balances out. In addition to her colleagues, what she likes best about her work is the opportunity to support small business owners, who she admires for turning ideas into something real, that creates jobs for people and builds stronger communities. When she brings order to their accounting systems and helps them make sense of their numbers, Robyn knows it’s a huge relief which makes her work more meaningful.

Robyn is a native of Denver, Colorado, and a little-known fact is that she was the valedictorian of her high school class. She spent the next two years at a private college studying to become a math teacher before taking a break to start her family. She continued her post-secondary education at Metro State in Denver, where she studied accounting. She still has a 4.0 GPA.

In addition to raising five children, including one set of twins, Robyn has earned a second-degree Black Belt in American Kenpo Karate and is a certified Yoga instructor. Yoga is a passion Robyn actively shares by teaching classes to adults and high school students. Robyn is also a creative writer and for many years has volunteered to tutor students in math and algebra.

Robyn prioritizes spending time with her adult children doing things like cooking, going for walks, practicing yoga, and watching movies together. Her bucket list includes the impressive feat of climbing to the top of Machu Pichu in Peru and teaching a Yoga class on the ancient site.
